Sommelier pairingTaste it with fresh cheeses
How to serve
The best service temperature to enjoy it is 16-18 °CDescription
This wine is a meeting point between tradition and innovation, between freshness and roundness. The intense ruby red color accompanies floral notes of iris and red fruits. With a dry and harmonious taste, it has good structure and tannins.
Fermentation, in steel vats, involves daily pumping over. The maceration is short and at a controlled temperature in order not to have an excessively tannic product.
The wine rests for about a month on the fine lees. The still separated masses refine for 10 months in large 2500 liter oak barrels. The wine is then assembled and after a mild filtration it is ready for the bottle.
This Chianti Classic is balanced, with harmonious and delicate tannins, perfect to accompany grilled red meats and seasoned salami
