The best serving temperature is between 14-16 °CDescription
The Valpolicella Classico Superiore of Buglioni is a clear and elegant wine.
The wine is made by crushing and pressing the destemmed grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 °C. The must obtained at the beginning from freshly crushed grapes macerates for 10 days in contact with the skins; the must obtained in November from dry grapes, on the other hand, remains in contact with the skins for 20 days, after which the two wines are blended.
The wine has distinctive notes of ripe red fruit in a dry red wine that caresses and fills the mouth.
It is characterised by a deep ruby red colour. It is an explosion of distinct and elegant aromas of ripe red fruits and black cherries, with hints of spices and vanilla. Round in the mouth, velvety and harmonious, it pairs perfectly with grilled and roasted beef, lamb and medium/ripened cheeses.
