Zibibbo of Alagna is a great dessert wine made from slightly dried grapes on the vine. A muscatel characterised by continuous citrus and more general Mediterranean references, marked by alcohol content, ideal to accompany countless sweet dishes typical of the Sicilian lands.
This wine has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose expresses a fine and elegant aromatic charge, in which fruity notes of citrus and white melon stand out, delicate floral hints of orange blossom and white rose with a touch of herbs. In the mouth it is fresh and clean, characterised by a delicate sweetness and nice persistence which makes it excellent as a dessert and paired with dry pastries
