What is Wine It?
Wine It is an Italian wine retail website created by two Italian sommeliers. We share the best quality wines from a wide range of wineries and regions across Italy at competitive prices with speedy delivery to homes in the UK. We also supply Italian wine to restaurants and offer additional services such as wine tastings. Please see our About us page for more information.
How do I get in contact with Wine It?
I have forgotten my password, help!
You can easily reset your password by visiting “My Account” and select “Lost your password”. Enter your registered email with us and we will send you a link to reset your password.
How do I update my account details?
Login to your “My Account”. From the dashboard you can easily manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
Is my personal information stored safely on the Wine It database?
Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order is complete you can no longer change your shipping address. However, if you have yet to order, you can change your shipping address whenever necessary. Simply select “My Account”, you can update the shipping address from the dashboard.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment has been made we are unable to make cancellations. If you encountered any problems during your purchase, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what happened. We will try our very best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Which methods of payment are accepted on Wine It?
We accept PayPal, Googl pay and all main credit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and American Express.
What shipping costs apply?
Shipping is free on orders over £99. Otherwise a shipping fee of £4.95 applies, for more infos please visit our shipping page.
What happens if my wine tastes of cork?
Although this is a very rare occurrence (less than 0.5% of wines), certain wines can sometimes taste of cork. If this unfortunately happens to be the case for you, please write to us at and we will get back to you email@example.com immediately.
My order was damaged during delivery. How do I go about returning it and requesting a refund?
Our delivery company uses extreme caution when handling merchandise sent to our customers.If, for whatever reason, you’ve received damaged goods, please contact our customer care department immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain to us what happened. We will take care in answering you as quickly as possible. In the event of reception of damaged goods, we might request that you send them back to us along with a photo sent by email so that we can avoid future inconveniences of the like.
What if my order is not as I expected?
Like most major retailers we are unable to offer refunds due to personal taste. However if for any other reason your order is not as expected please do get in touch via our email email@example.com and we will investigate further.
