This Asti Spumante DOCG is produced with a controlled temperature fermentation for 30 days at about 16 °C, followed by the second fermentation in autoclave. A wine that cheers after dinner and moments of celebration.
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections, furrowed by fine and persistent bubbles. Intense on the nose where it expresses pleasant sensations of white flowers, lime, peach and caramel. Creamy sip, typically sweet on entry, it is then enlivened by a citrusy acidity.
