Lacrima di Morro d’Alba DOC "Rosae" 2016 is a delicate, fragrant red with a marked drinkability. It comes from lacrima grapes and the vinification process takes place with not too prolonged macerations, followed by a thermocontrolled fermentation phase in steel. Aging requires four months in steel and at least two months in the bottle, to preserve the mellow aromas and pleasant acidity.
Ruby red of medium chromatic charge, it is intense on the nose with notes of roses, violets and berries. In the mouth it expresses a remarkable pleasantness, enlivened by the beautiful freshness, with tannins that appear subtle and delicate.
