Description
This Primitivo from the Villa Carrisi line is an example of the qualitative excellence produced in the Salento region, where the Al Bano Carrisi winery gains notoriety, a real symbol in Puglia and in the world.
After the manual harvest of the fully ripe grapes, we proceed to fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats, where it is then refined, without further passage in wood.

Looking at it, it shows a brilliant ruby red color, with intense violet reflections. The aromas on the nose spread over notes of dried flowers, cherry and a hint of black pepper. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, perfectly balanced. It closes with a slightly mineral olfactory aftertaste.
