An historical wine aprreciated all over the world, it's a red from Salento to be appreciated in all respects until the last sip.

This Salice Salentino from the Villa Carrisi line is an example of the qualitative excellence produced in the Salento region, where the Al Bano Carrisi winery gains notoriety, a real symbol in Puglia and in the world.
After the manual harvest of the fully ripe grapes, we proceed to fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats, where it is then refined, without further passage in wood.

Ruby red color, intense and clear to the eye. The nose first gives fruity notes, plum and red pulp fruit in general, then followed by vanilla memories and nuances of sweet spices. Soft and velvety on the palate, rightly tannic with good body. Good length.
